WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

We offer various shipping options. In same cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your

products.

Free Shipping

 – We offer free Standard shipping on orders above $99.

Shipping Methods: UPS

  3-5 Business Days

Shipping Fee: $10 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Thank you for your purchase from Your Tile Shop. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Any item from Pole Furniture can be returned, no questions asked.
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase

Shipping Fees
Your Tile Shop will always pay for return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees
Your Tile Shop does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To return your purchase from Your Tile Shop, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Your Tile Shop will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Your Tile Shop will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
